Sourcing Inter-best Housewares works closely with over 350 vendors from countries such as China, India, Germany and the United States of America. We have built strong relationships with these vendors by completing our purchasing contracts through reliability and integrity. Our relationships with established vendors spans two decades, and by being a preferred customer, we receive our goods in the most expedient manner. This allows us on-time shipments to our customers. As for sourcing new products, we make it mandatory to attend every major tradeshow in Asia, North America and Europe to ensure the worlds’ best products are available to the Canadian marketplace.
Warehousing Our local warehousing capabilities consist of 66,000 square feet. The strength and success of our warehouse's organization can be directly attributed to our long standing, highly trained and dedicated employees. We have a fully automated inventory control system which allows us to efficiently monitor inventory from placement of the order to its final destination. Centrally located, our Burnaby facilities are a mere 15 kilometers from Downtown Vancouver.
Distribution Our distribution network consists of more than 500 retail stores across Canada including chain stores such as Army & Navy, The Overwaitea Food Group, Fields, and Buck-or-Two Dollar Stores. Our merchandise can be found in all major Canadian markets from coast to coast.
Merchandising Inter-best Housewares uses a professional approach to merchandising by tailoring the needs of every individual client. The process considers all factors associated with image, brand, concept, profile, and audience. Rather than using the traditional stock card approach, commonly used by merchandisers, we custom tailor proprietary displayer units and POP support material for each individual client. |
